Artykuł Why is Revicoll Omega Plus+K2MK7 a complementary and a complete supplement? pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>Revicoll is a rich source of the long chains of omega acids that belong to the so-called unsaturated NNKT acids. They are essential to maintain correct functions of the organism and since we are unable to synthesize a sufficient quantity ourselves, we need to supplement them. DHA and EPA exhibit several properties, from anti-inflammatory ones (antitumor prophylaxis) so often mentioned by professor Frydrychowski at his lectures, through cholesterol regulating (increasing the “good one” and decreasing the “bad one”), decreasing blood clotting (protection for the heart and the circulatory system), significant support for the functioning of the brain, eyes, ending at participating in the treatment of the diseases of the connective tissue and joints.
A, D, E, K, vitamins soluble in fats are responsible for numerous significant functions in the organism. Revicoll Omega Plus not only contains the entire set of those vitamins, but also a ‘drop of fat’ (fish oil) that is essential for their proper absorption. You do not need to wait for the properly composed meal to consume a Revicoll capsule.
Revicoll is appreciated for its amazing properties supporting the skeletal system. It is possible thanks to the perfect composition of calcium and vitamins D and K – components that together are essential for healthy and strong bones. Synergy of their actions is greatly programmed (by nature!): the vitamin D regulates the functioning of the calcium phosphate management and bone creation process, while the vitamin K2MK7 makes sure that the calcium provided to our organisms is directed to the bones instead of the blood vessels, where it could stick to the walls creating an embolism hazard.
A bit more of (/about) the already mentioned vitamin D. According to the latest scientific research up to 90% of our latitude inhabitants suffer due to the vitamin D deficiency. Its insufficient amount in the organism translates not only to weaker bones but also the poorer functioning of the nerve system, of the muscles, tiredness, and apathy (even depression), a decrease in immunity. That’s why the new edition of the supplement contains 2,5 times more of the vitamin D, compared to the old one – 50 µg per capsule. The high concentration of the vitamin D in the organism supports the antitumor prophylaxis, can contribute towards decreasing the risk of the autoimmunological diseases, as well as the diseases of the circulatory system, infectious diseases, and the type II diabetes.
Apart from the seniors, people who have a bigger need for the vitamin D supplementation, are those struggling with the obesity, who are more exposed to its deficiency. It’s worth to mention that the correct level of the vitamin D accelerates the fat tissue burning, we feel full faster and it is more difficult to store the abdominal fat. Did you know that?
Thanks to the presence of easily absorbable protein chains that stimulate the organism to regenerate and produce its own collagen and elastin, Revicoll supports the healing processes of wounds, injuries within the skin, bones, and joints. It’s a perfect product for both: actively training and for seniors exposed to the risk of fractures and joints malfunctioning.
Revicolls active ingredients are a perfect weapon against the threats posed by the nowadays world. Apart from providing the antitumor prophylaxis (anti-inflammatory properties that neutralize the free radicals) they support combating the allergy, contribute to protecting the circulatory system against atherosclerosis, heart attack and strengthen the immune system in its difficult tasks.
The wide spectrum of the benefits of the Revicoll’s active ingredients does not exclude the beauty care. The collagen complex enriched with peptides and amino acids accompanied by vitamins E, A and calcium is a strong support for the skin, hair, nails, and gums. It’s like applying a beauty cream from the inside
Obtained from the fish bones, calcium is not the only microelement present in Revicoll. Various other ones can be found there as well: molybdenum, phosphorus, copper, cobalt, sodium, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, selenium. Despite being called trace elements, they are extremely significant for the proper functioning of the organism. And, in Revicoll, they are served in the form best to absorb – coming from nature.
Speaking of which – the natural origin of Revicoll’s active ingredients contributes to their high absorbance and therefore, their action. Besides, it is worth to keep in mind that the natural substances in the Revicoll’s recipe are not isolated – they are keeping synergic company to each other and simply work better as a team.

]]>Revolutionary nutraceutical is designed for people willing to lose extensive weight, achieve and maintain the desired shape. The synergic joint action of 7 100% natural plant extracts of the new formula significantly stimulates metabolic processes, increases thermogenesis, reduces sugar absorption, facilitates utilization of the excessive fat storage while making it difficult to gather new ones, enables to control cravings.
The new formula consists of 7 plant extracts. Apart from the 3 that you are already familiar with from the previous version – chili, green coffee, and African mango, the new formula contains 4 new components: green tea, bitter orange, dandelion and black pepper Bioperine®. Each one of them contains standardized (meaning precisely defined during extraction) amount of the active substance responsible for a particular action, and, like any other natural products, an entire range of additional substances that synergically increase product’s effectiveness.
The entire composition translates to Turbo Reductor’s performance.
African mango extract – standardized for 10% flavones
Extract’s active substances influence levels of so-called ‘weight gain hormones’ – insulin and leptin. By regulating the insulin level it normalizes the blood sugar level which and, by doing so, prevents munchies. Increasing the secretion of leptin (responsible for the feeling of satiety) stimulates the organism to use the stored fat and intensify the lipolysis (breakdown of lipids). Result: Organism burns more fat.
Green tea extract – standardized for 50% catechin EGCG
Extract exhibits capacity to stimulate metabolism and thermogenesis, therefore increases the energy-use level and ensures that fats are used as its source. In result the organism reaches for the stored fats and by reducing the existing fat it prevents storing new ones. EGCG cleanses, vitalizes and demonstrates high antioxidating properties – 25-100 times stronger than popular antioxidants: vitamin C and E.
Bitter orange extract – standardized for 6% synephrine
Synephrine extracted from the bitter orange belongs to a group of mild stimulants and natural thermogenics – accelerating metabolism, therefore facilitating weigh tloss. It helps to reduce the cravings, stimulates calorie burning and lipolysis. Furthermore bitter orange is acknowledged for its detoxicating and cleansing properties.
Cayenne pepper extract (chilli), standardized for 10% of capsaicin
The source of capsaicin, a compound that increases the thermogenesis within the organism. Increased heat emission translates to higher energy use, hence the increase in body cells’ temperaturę results in faster metabolism and better use of the stored fat. Capsaicin is also responsible for the secretion of dopaminę and adrenalinę – hormones affecting the appetite and feeling of hunger. It also exhibits healing properties – it stimulates the production of antibodies, therefore is helpful as a cold prevention.
Green coffee extract – standardized for 50% chlorogenic acid
Extract with a high concentration of the active substance – chlorogenic acid (CGA) which stimulates the organism to reach for the stored fats by decreasing the sugar absorption. The presence of polyphenols results in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions and stimulates the metabolic activity of the liver.
Dandelion extract – standardized for 5% polyphenoles
Extract from the dandelion’s root is a real treasure chest of active ingredients, the main property of which is stimulating the secretion of bile and facilitating production of digestive juices. Thanks to that it significantly improves the functioning of the digestive system, preventing constipation and gastric retention in the intestines and stomach. The root contains inulin that has an effect similar to a natural yogurt on the intestines but also reduces the calories intake, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels.
Black pepper BIOPERINE® – standardized for 95% piperine
Extract from the black pepper with a high amount of the active substance – piperine. As a natural thermogenic piperine increases the thermogenesis process, during which organism produces heat and burns calories, as well as the process of lipolysis – fat tissue burning. According to the latest research piperine disrupts the activity of genes controlling the creation of the fat cells, therefore it contributes to blocking their genesis. Piperine improves the digestion processes, has antioxidating and oxygenating properties.
In order to fully benefit from the power contained in the active ingredients, take your daily Turbo Reductor dose an hour before your training session. Remember, in the purchase of your dream shape you need to consider many factors that bring you closer to your aim. That’s why it is worth to combine the regular nutraceutical supplementation with a balanced diet and regular physical activity.

]]>Artykuł Exfoliation – skin cell renewal on support pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>The most active zone in the cyclic cell renewal process is the deepest layer of the epidermis where the cell proliferation takes place. How does it work? Newly formed cells are pushed higher and higher by another layer of their successors to appear on the surface of the skin. When they reach the outer layer of the epidermis, the so-called stratum corneum (horny layer), they die and undergo a successive process of exfoliation, which is a constant, imperceptible process for the ‘skin owner’.
Young skin, which is “undisturbed” in this cyclical regeneration, needs about 30 days. However, with age, due to environmental pollution, poor diet, stress, smoking as well as extensive sunbaths or indoor tanning, the skin hardens faster and the regeneration slows down, taking even up to 50 days.
Yes! Because the inhibited process of skin cells exchange reveals something we do not particularly like: the skin has an uneven color, it is gray, dull, rough, thick and covered with blemishes, as the dead cells clog the sebaceous glands, causing inflammation. In short – it is not our pride and joy anymore.
We can (and should!) help our skin in its last stage of cell renewal, improving the process of exfoliating “worn” stratum corneum with regular home scrubs (let’s leave chemabrasion, microdermabrasion, laser skin resurfacing and other invasive methods of deep exfoliation to the professionals )
Thanks to its enzymes: biotechnological, such as keratoline, or natural, derived from plants such as papain (the enzyme obtained from papaya) or bromelain (from pineapple) or of animal origin (trypsin, pepsin). Their work consists in dissolving protein bonds between damaged or dead cells of the epidermis – so the ones we should be saying goodbye to as soon as possible as part of cell renewal The enzymes facilitate and speed up the process, which, as we wrote above, can get a little bit slowed down these days. It is important to apply enzymatic scrub to degreased skin. Impurities, such as sebum, can interfere with or even deactivate it.

]]>Artykuł 5 things you MUST know about the new Good Life Vital Pro pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>The new Good Life Vital Pro is the response to the needs of present times. Why do we underline the word ‘ present’ ? Because today life is very often the life in a hurry, full of stress, intensive physical and mental activity. In simple terms, it can give you hard time. External factors such as worsening state of the environment, poor quality of food, threat of civilization diseases are not meaningless. This picture has become the impulse to create more complementary product, the effect of which reacts to the three extremely crucial areas: vitality, well -being and support in the prevention of civilization diseases according to homeostasis assumptions.
In relation to the aforementioned, in the newly prepared composition of Good Life there are plant extracts, known for their effect which supports regaining balance between psyche and soma in the present world. It was the simultaneous, balanced cooperation of extracts on the bodily and mental spheres of human together with creating the so called ‘shield’ against the environmental threats in one product, that were the basis to create the new formula.
Next to the golden root, sometimes called ‘the best medicine for the shattered nerves in the age of crisis’, increasing the metabolism synephrine, anti- inflammatory and antioxidant curcumin with addition of piperine there are extracts from the plants that have been known for thousands of years, mostly in the Far Eastern medicine, for their beneficial impact on supporting vital strength, improving your well being, and as it appeared long after their discovery, increasing the resistance to ‘present times’ diseases.
All ingredients act synergistically for the common goal, they can get more pursuant to the rule: 1+1=3
There is ashwagandha known as ‘the Indian ginseng’ which in Ajurveda is used with success as a tonic boosting your vital and psychic powers, it is also precious for its beneficial cardioprotective function, that is protecting heart work and regulating blood pressure. There is caterpillar fungus, a widely grown in Tibet fungi, whose worldwide career began since The World Championship in 1993 when the Chinese athletes (winning 9 golden medals) were suspected of using doping. The accusations were dismissed and the ‘guilty’ of the genial recovery and resistance to fatigue proved to be regularly taken caterpillar fungus. In order to improve the work of brain in the formula appeared ginkgo biloba. Its fan-shaped leaves have been used in the natural medicine for 5 thousand years (it is one of the best studied medicinal products). Flavonoid glycosides and terpenes present in the extract improve microcirculation together with blood flow to brain and thus concentration and memory, they are good antioxidants, too.
Three of the components in the Good Life Vital Pro (golden root, ashwagandha and Ginko biloba) are so called adaptogens, that is substances of natural origin, increasing the ability of adept to changeable conditions of the natural environment . While curcumin, golden root and caterpillar fungi show the proven anti- inflammatory effects extremely precious in times when cancer takes an enormous toll.
In the new capsule there was not enough place for artificial fillers or additives commonly used in supplements available on the market. It is filled with 100% natural ingredients, and it is worth mentioning that their concentration, in comparison to the previous edition of Good Life, increased of 17%.
What does it mean to you? That with every single capsule of Good Life, your body does not anything apart from the safe, plant extracts, with known, examined effects on the human body, from crops in the natural environment of origin. Even the “technical” capsule components are of natural origin, it consists of fish gelatin and potato starch as an anti-caking agent.
For everyone*, who feels that in everyday life lacks energy, concentration or responsiveness. For those seeking harmony, greater resistance to stressful situations. For those who lead intensive life, are hungry for challenge and those who want to find joy in every day. For those, who in everyday world, take care of their homeostasis and wish to live in accordance to its assumptions.
* Do not use in case of hyper sensitivity to any ingredient. Not to be used by the persons under 18. It is not recommended to be used by pregnant women or these Brest feeding.

]]>Artykuł Hyaluronic acid – hydration for skin’s youth pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>Hyaluronic acid is building an unquestionable career in cosmetology as a wonderful moisturiser. And there is a good reason why: not only does it perfectly fulfill its duties, but also, as a substance known to human body, it is absolutely safe and is very well tolerated.
Chemically speaking, hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide which occurs naturally in a human organism, i.e. in the dermis. It is one of glycosaminoglycans acting as a joint, a cement filling intercellular spaces. Along with collagen and elastin fibers it constitutes half of the skin structure supports. Unfortunately, its quantity decreases with age (around the age of 40 there is about half less collagen), which, long story short, manifests in skin ageing. Its properties consist of linking of collagen and elastin fibers and excellent ability to bind water molecules. Hyaluronic acid molecules, just like sponge, can bind a much more multiplied number of water molecules (1 HA molecule can bind ca. 250 water molecules).
Their anti-aging action is also motivating the skin to produce its own hyaluronic acid, slow down the breakdown of collagen fibers and anti-oxidative activity. This substance shows also a soothing, regenerative effect and stimulates new skin cells formation. What does this mean for the skin? First of all, essential hydration, followed by elasticity, firmness and smooth, youthful surface.
Commonly used as a tool in invasive anti-aging procedures which fill wrinkles and furrows, as well as correcting the shape of lips or nose, hyaluronic acid is also suitable as an active ingredient of cosmetics intended for daily use. It is important, though, that it appears in two forms: as molecules of high- and low molecular weight. High molecular weight hyaluronic acid does not have a chance to penetrate into deeper skin layers, creating a barrier preventing transepidermal water loss and skin’s dehydration. Low molecular weight hylauronic acid works in deeper skin layers. It binds moisture which swells like a sponge, sealing intercellular spaces and pushing out the “creases” of the skin on the outside.
Applied as a serum before the cream it works as an express lifting – tensing up, smoothing and improving skin colour. It is excellent in preparing skin before it receives cream’s active ingredients. It is particularly worth to use hyaluronic acid during winter, as cold air from the outside, interchangeably with dry air heated by radiators on the inside, drastically deprives our skin of hydration. Using serum with HA in the evening, as an ultrahydrating mask, will bring relief to the dry skin; it will moisturize and soothe it, as well as smooth it out.
Hyaluronic acid’s hygroscopic nature is always on the lookout for moisture to bind so that afterwards, just like a swollen sponge, it fills skin’s structure. For best hydrating and rejuvenating effects the formulation should be applied on a wet skin, preferably treated with a rich hydrolate. And do you happen to know anything that is filled with active ingredients more than a peptide serum?
Look at the immediate effects of the application of these two preparations (application on the left hand):

]]>Skin with a proper level of moisture not only looks beautiful, it is radiant, firm and has a uniform structure, but also slowly ages. It is also stronger and better protected against external factors. Cosmetics manufactures know that too – most of the available preparations have skin moisturization among their features.
In this respect, their effectiveness greatly depends on the type and concentration of active substances designated to fulfil this task. The compound Hydromanil is one of the “big moisturizing guns” and is exceptionally effective in doing its job.
Hydromanil is an active substance of natural origin which is characterized by excellent moisturizing properties. The specially selected composition uses a unique moisturizing plant component. Sugar compounds rich in galactomannan extracted from the fruits of the Tara tree (Caesalpinia spinosa), which grows in the very demanding and dry climate of the Andes, in particular in the area of Peru, is the component’s essence.
occurring in a three-dimensional form of colloidal matrix, which gradually releases moisturizing oligosaccharides.
These galactomannans are polysaccharides of high molecular weight. They were selected based on their natural moisturizing features. They protect the embryo of the Tara tree from dehydration due to their extraordinary retention capacity. Oversized galactomannan molecules prevent penetration of the deeper skin layers.
resulting in a more uniform and healthy appearance of the skin. Its surface action has another advantage – it reduces transepidermal loss of water located inside the skin and in other applied cosmetic products.
They become an integral part of the epidermis after reaching the destination, which means a moisturizing effect in the deeper parts of the skin including the synergistic action with NMF (Natural Moisture Factor) to increase the retained water volume and a longer lasting moisturizing effect.
depending on their molecular size. The systematic application of Hydromanil retains a three-dimensional skin matrix for a long time and allows for a step-by-step release of the molecules. The smallest molecules which are more easily released from the colloidal matrix, reach the innermost layers of the stratum corneum. Larger size molecules need more time to travel into the skin and take their place on the surface of the stratum corneum. This diversity in terms of molecule sizes makes
Hydromanil is the ideal compound of preparations for fast and daily moisturizing of the skin (and hair as well). It’s suitable for mature, dry and even damaged skin. The substance is characterized by excellent application properties. It forms a very soft and non-sticky film on the surface of the skin or hair.

]]>Artykuł Curkumin – anti-cancer weapon of nature pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>Curcuma is a spice used in Indian cuisine for millenniums. Hindus have been using it for so long especially because of its healing properties and this is why it is used in Ayurveda, Tai, Indian, Japanese and Indonesian medicine. During the last few years we have been observing a huge interest in the healing actions of this substance also in western countries. Curcuminoides, making 90% of curcuma, are very strong antioxidants. This explains why medicine recommends this substance so often. This ingredient influences the treatment of various inflammations which occur along with cancer, as well as rheumatological pains, joint or menstrual pains. Moreover, curcuma is also used to accelerate the treatment of ulcers, wounds and lesions caused for example by eczema.
The digestibility / bioavailability of curcumin (the main active healing ingredient of curcuma) is very low without a proper companion. You should choose preparations which also contain black pepper or chili pepper extracts that contain bromelain or piperine in their ingredients. The combination of turmeric with black pepper and chili pepper is more efficient, for according to acknowledged sources, such composition boosts the availability of curcumin by 1000 fold.
Scientific proofs show that today curcumin is one of the strongest and most promising cancer fighting ingredients. Nearly 300 articles acknowledging its unique features have been published. Scientists from Cancer Research Centre in Houston proved, among others, that people who daily consume even small amounts of curcuma suffer from kidney cancer up to 10 times less often, and lung and breast cancer 8 times less often.
Many oncologists confirm the efficiency of curcuma in the battle against cancer. Dr. Saraswati Sukumar, a remarkable oncologist from the John Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA, conducted research about the ingredients and features of curcumin for many years. She made extremely interesting discoveries in this area, confirming curcuma’s efficiency in treating diabetes, inflammations and cancer. Research published in “Proceedings of the National Academy of Science” in 2011 confirms that even 25% of all types of cancer are caused by chronic inflammation. Moreover, according to the MD Anderson Cancer Center, curcumin influences 75% of cancers. It has been proved that it searches for malignant cancer cells and while passing over healthy cells, contrary to pharmaceutics, including aggressive oncologic chemotherapy.
Curcuma also influences Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. There are several studies, medical research and publications on the subject. Japanese scientists have proved in three independent researches that curcuma has incredible healing features. Not only does it re¬lieve dementia but it also improves the general functions of the body.
The authors of the studies published in 2008 in “Annals of Indian Academy of Neurology” confirm curcumin’s antioxidant, detoxicological, anti-inflammation and lipophilic features. To sum up, 50 years of studies and nearly 300 scientific publications acknowledge today that curcumin, the main ingredient of curcuma, called turmeric, nourishes the entire body.

]]>Artykuł Cosmeceutical and cosmetic – what’s the difference? pochodzi z serwisu Blog WellU.
]]>According to the instituted Polish definition, cosmetics are products intended for contact with external parts of the body: the skin, hair, teeth and nails. They are intended to keep clean the abovementioned parts of the body, protect them, improve the odour, to perfume or to beautify. The important thing is that apart from non-toxicity and harmless action, cosmetics should not contain active curative substances as medications do.
Along with the development of cosmetology, the market began to introduce products for which similar definitions are not sufficient any more. Creams, lotions and ointments for daily use which include significant concentrations of active substances were not only designed to care for the skin, hair or nails but also showed a therapeutic effect without a prescription. Also, they could enhance medicaments for the treatment of skin diseases, healing of wounds or presented excellent anti-ageing effects.
The necessity to classify, distinguish and raise the profile of products which happened to be between cosmetics and medications has led to the term ‘cosmeceutical’ evolving in 1970s. The term was introduced by Albert M. Kligman, a professor of dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania.
First of all, cosmeceuticals include active ingredients which could affect physiological processes of the human skin. Their content (or high concentration) may result in a therapeutic effect due to mechanisms triggered by a specific component. Depending on included components it may show an anti-dandruff action, sooth eczema or acne, stimulate regeneration, increase skin resistance, reduce blemishes, stretch marks or cellulite as well as, e.g. reduce anti-ageing effects which occur in the skin.
Cosmeceuticals can significantly improve the condition of the skin and relieve its symptoms in case of dermatological diseases or ailments manifested by skin lesions. It is worth remembering, however, that these preparations are not medications and may not be regarded as a drug but rather as an aid in therapy to be used during or after treatment determined by a specialist as prevention against possible recurrence of symptoms.
The latest inventions in biotechnology and pharmacology are used for their development. Their composition often results from scientific discoveries and long-term researches in laboratories. The active ingredients are composed of substances which components and production are subject to patents. There is an additional advantage, since the production process is similar to the production of medicaments due to the nature of components and target actions. For this reason the use of cosmeceuticals is safe and carries a much lower risk of allergies.
Active ingredients which add therapeutic properties to preparations are, e.g. vitamins such as retinol and tocopherol derivatives, lipid forms of ascorbic acid and panthenol, flavonoids, derivatives of alpha and gamma-linolenic acids as well as arachidic acid. Biotechnological preparations such as low molecular weight peptides (such as those in Biopeptide Complex), or oligosaccharides which interfere with tissue processes are a specific group of cosmeceuticals.
The presence of highly concentrated active ingredients with unique action makes cosmeceuticals a bridge between daily care available for all and aesthetic medicine. For example, SYN AKE® preparations with a neuropeptide acting like a toxin from a viper’s venom (Temple Viper, known as the strongest peptide relaxant), which neutralizes micro-contractions of muscle fibres. It produces a “botox-like” effect without office appointments and injections. Equally important, cosmeceuticals can support or sustain the effects of professional treatments. After selecting a cosmeceutical which shows accelerated healing and regenerating actions as well as improves the condition of the skin after surgery, the skin recovers more quickly, and a product with dedicated anti-ageing ingredients lets you enjoy the effects of treatment at an aesthetic dermatologist much longer.
